For anyone who doesn't believe what the Palestinians are teaching their youth isn't a religion of death, the Israeli Defense Force released the following photograph of an infant found in the Hebron home of a Palestinian man wanted by Israelis:

An explosion, belived by many to be the work of Al Qa'eda and the Talibums, in a munitions store in southern Afghanistan, killed five and started a fire in a UN food center.
A major battle is underway in the Philippines against a guerrilla group associated with Al Qa'eda.
Two men who were part of Iran's delegation to the UN, and who were in this country for only about four months, were expelled after being seen videotaping such things as the Holland Tunnel, Brooklyn Bridge, and other landmarks.
A Muslim lady in Florida is suing the state saying she does not want a photo of her on her driver's license not wearing a veil. Prior to September 11, she was allowed to have a photo wearing the veil, but after that date, the Florida authorities insisted she (and presumably others) replace it with one showing her visage as a matter of public security.

Truly, I think lots of folks had their agendas ready post the last election.
Some maybe tabled their stuff because the time wasn't right.........some went full steam ahead because they're just pure evil.
I believe there are 'cells' of these terrorists all over our fine land, just waiting for their 'call' & marching orders.

I have a slightly different take on all of this.
God shall smite the evildoers.
He has arranged for all of this to occur now as the time is such that these sorts of things can get squashed so that Good may triumph.
Actually, I hope the en banc review by the Ninth Circuit comes out the same as the petit banc Opinion.
Little known and little reported (consider who's doing the reporting), there was another decision occurring, I believe, shortly before the Ninth Circuit. That happened in the Fifth Circuit (I believe - it's whatever one the state of Illinois is in). That Circuit had a similar case with the Pledge. They ruled it was constitutional.
A difference in such a fundamental issue would force a review by the Supreme Court to resolve the matter in law, as a Supreme Court precedent.
Good is being set up for a victory.
