Severely doubt that. Lucas has very little to do with the marketing, promotion of his films anyway: he's got his hands full with production, especially editing and finally special-effects work right now. If Lucas had been involved in any way, more likely as not Knowles would have been invited to Skywalker Ranch to watch it there.

I don't know how Knowles got it but however it happened, Lucas wasn't involved.
