My younger sister still remembers the Preamble to the Constitution because of having learned it from Schoolhouse Rock when she was a junior in high school. And my daughter learned it from SR, and was one of only a few in her 7th Gr. class a couple of years ago who knew it!

That's why I told you when I was planning on taking that little break! Unfortunately, there's too much going on now to take any break, at least until about 6 months after the movie comes out.

Hi friends. What have I missed? I'm all ready for my class presentation tomorrow on the wonders of object-oriented design, and I'm here with my computer and the "Big Book o'Amber" - time to reread! I know there's some Amber fans here, right?

Actually, the chamomile tea seems to have some effect. I feel quite relaxed now. I was pretty nervous about the AOL download and everything, then the trailer was so good...it was just all very nerve-wracking.

I'll load up on Chamomile tea prior to anything in the future and not do anything bizarre like download an entire program and depend upon it.

I intend to take a vat of this tea to my line party prior to the premiere.

Right now it looks like New Orleans has a lot more to worry about than we do!

I have a niece and nephew (and their kids) living in New Orleans. My sister was going to call my niece tonight to try to get her and her brother to come over to MS. I'm worried the place will start flooding then they wouldn't be able to get out of town!

I had my first cup over ice with my steak last night. It was really quite good! Then just now I had a cup while sitting out side watching the boys ride their bikes...hot. It's pretty nice outside. I practiced my whistle.

It wasn't bad... call it "Amber Lite" and you've got a pretty good description. Young Oberon's fairly cool, though. Lot of it is very derivative, naturally.
