Democrat Controlled Congress Takes Direct Aim at the Second Amendment

Jamie Raskin says expanded background checks on private firearm sales will be among his priorities as expected House Judiciary Committee chairman.

Republicans argue the proposal would burden hobbyists, friends, and people selling firearms from personal collections.

Gun rights advocates warn that expanded background checks would create a registry that could enable future confiscation.

Raskin also said he would scrutinize antitrust deals and perhaps pursue another impeachment of President Donald Trump.

Of course, Raskin one of my favs to see his likeness on a milk carton.

Guns and then don’t OandG. With Texas effectively muted, almost no one to say carbon free.

Jaime, how about severely punishing anyone who uses a gun in a crime.

The laws are there now. Use them.

A communist government cannot exist beside an armed populace. So, they will create loads of unconstitutional bans and such. Just like BeijingBiden did and then said that he knew the laws were unconstitutional but in the time it would take citizens to take them to the SCOTUS the lasting controls would be emplaced.

It’s not the Nazi, Communist and Muzzies in the new “Congrees” we need to worry about, it’s the low I.Q., braindead assholes who elected them. You know. The testicular morons who love to hang out in girls locker rooms and toilets.

Hey, why not? If we don’t comply, they tie our hands behind our back, force us to kneel and shoot us in the back of the head before they kick us into a shallow grave. Set an example so that others will be happy to comply.

250 years = a pretty good run.

Hope everyone realizes that if they have the balls to pack the Supreme Court this statement is not hyperbole.

They absolutely will pack the court if they get the Presidency in 2028. Will the American people be that dumb? I would not bet on them being smart.

That would be dumb.

Get the low-hanging fruit, first.

Does Jamie think Trump would sign his ‘priority’?

Well, look at the bright side - President Trump's incredibly strong pro 2nd Amendment has, ironically, been a disaster for American gun manufacturers as panic buying has subsided

So much so that many gun makers are in big financial trouble and much of the industry is in a huge recession

Obama was the best gun salesman in American history and Trump may be it's worst.

The Democrats are going to give the gun industry a powerful and much needed boost

The socialist will take all your money with the forecast Depression then they will take your guns making their task complete. Goodbye Democracy.

Getting Trump to sign it is another matter.

They may be able to override in the House, but I don’t think they have the votes to override in the Senate.

Does Jamie think Trump would sign his ‘priority’?

Jamie's "priority" will be stuck inside some sort of "must sign" spending bill.
