Now how many of you forgot this was tonight?
>> Act like you at a Benny Hinn church and Fall Back.
You could label me a charismatic and you wouldn’t be totally wrong.
But I LOL’s at this slur anyway. :-)
I forgot all about it...until now!
I’m in Dublin. My clock is just all screwed up. Currently waiting to get on a plane, got up at 5 local. Will sleep on the plane (I hope) and check clocks when I get home. Dogs will be messed up on feeding time for a few days.
me too... so tonight or Sunday night? I’m gonna guess right now bars get to stay open an extra hour...
Your phone, computer, cable or satellite TV will probably show the correct time, and maybe your car does too.
Thanks John Thune.
According to insurance statistics for 2 weeks after each time change there is a spike in heart attacks, strokes and accidents of all sorts.
How many times have our elected elite promised to end this mess only for them to somehow forget to do so?
Forgot and was up an hour early. This will take two weeks to adjust to as usual. Wish they’d pick one and stick with it.
Knowing that my phone, and my computer are automatically going to adjust by the time I wake up kind of takes all the fun out of it. And the cat. She won’t let me forget that it’s time to feed her an hour “earlier”.
Me.
Does anybody really know what time it is? Does anybody really care?
Many people have auto-adjusting clocks and will not notice the time change until the sun goes down an hour ahead of usual. An hour of sunshine stolen by John Thune.
i could’ve used this thread about 12 hours ago
Time is a human concstruct...itβs our way of making sense of growing up and growing old.
According to Einstein, the distinction between past present and future is an illusion.
I just know my present sleeping illusion is interrupted by past events that affect my future.
I woke up this Sunday morning and noticed the time on my atomic clock in the bathroom, I hadn’t heard anything about it.
Auto time machines do it with out you noticing.
They auto make the change. Notice FR, your hand
carried device, etc. FR changed at midnight.
My dog had no idea that she was supposed to sleep an extra hour this morning. She is not a smart dog.
Only reason I hate the time change is because I have a Casio wrist watch that is a major pain in the π to try to figure out how to change the time. I usually have to search up a 3 minute YouTube every time and watch it probably 3 o 4 times before I finally get it right.
Why do we insist on changing the time twice a year? Most people would be content to leave it as it is. Down with DST!
