Pilots flying over Ohio contacted air traffic control after spotting a strange object near their plane, only to be told nothing was registering on radar.
An account posted to the National UFO Reporting Center (NUFORC) on October 26 described a silver, pill-shaped UFO that appeared almost stationary as the aircraft approached.
One pilot captured a photograph of the object, which he described during a follow-up interview with NUFORC investigator Ben Hansen. The encounter occurred on August 16.
‘The surface was silver and highly reflective, like pure polished metal,’ reads the investigator’s report, which identified the pilot only as ‘J.’
‘J described the UAP as uniform, pill-shaped. There were no warps or creases on the surface, nor was it tapered at the bottom,' Hansen wrote.

Oh sure. No doubt they saw a real spaceship from a place many light years away. Somehow a mechanical entity with or without living beings made the incredible journey and posed over earth for a nice photo op. You can either believe Einstein or you can believe that UFOs are mechanical entities that travelled inconceivable distances. Would love to see the Chairmen of the physics departments of America’s top fifty universities polled and asked if UFOs are in fact alien mechanical entities. That is not to say that aliens and advanced civilizations exist. Conscievably they have received the radio transmissions Earth has been broadcasting for the last 125 years. Perhaps they are responding with their own transmissions and are using our atmosphere as a giant video screen.Maybe its alien teenagers having some fun bewildering humans.

I found one of these in the far back of my property a couple of years ago. I'll have to look up the date. I didn't suspect that it was an alien -- plus it arrived with a lot of creases. Must have been a rough ride. I saved it of course. Its code no. is 523.

Space aliens remotely testing Earth’s surfaces and atmosphere for compatibility and where the best fishing spots are.
Then it must be a craft of some kind that does not have a transponder.

Filing a UFO report used to lead to grounding of a pilot. Sounds like the 2004 “Tictac” sighting.
If only something like a Go Pro camera was on board.
