We have a week to go before the pivotal midterm election that will determine control of Congress and the fate of President Trump's agenda for the remainder of his term. Speaker Mike Johnson has announced another campaign blitz, where he will visit 13 states and 21 districts between now and November 3.
This blitz comes on the heels of Speaker of the House Mike Johnson overseeing historic fundraising for House races, raising more than $30 million in the third quarter and more than $156 million for the cycle. Coupled with what the Congressional Leadership Fund (CLF), a Johnson-endorsed PAC, has raised, Republicans have taken in well over $410 million this cycle.
"In the final week until this fateful Election Day, I am doubling down on my efforts to defy history and defend our majority. I've seen incredible grassroots energy in scores of districts from coast to coast, and I look forward to finishing this final campaign blitz strong and turning out the vote," Speaker Johnson said. "In the stark contrast between common sense Republicans and the crazy far-left Democrats, House Republicans have the resources to compete and strong candidates on the ballot who will deliver for their constituents, and voters know what's at stake."

But does anybody want to go out to see Mike Johnson?
Yes, of course. Otherwise, he wouldn’t be raising so much money.
Wow Mike Johnson fights so hard for us.
Good for him. Trump and Johnson are working hard. The least we can all do is get off our asses and vote.
I voted yesterday.
Right on!
I don’t know what good that will do. Johnson is about as exciting as a mushy noodle.
I also voted yesterday. I call it “pre-voting” because it’s not on Election Day. Never have done that before.
The lines were surprisingly long for a mid-term general election. I waiting about 40 minutes.
That would be a bad thing if he was in the business of entertaining us.
My girls and I voted Sunday in Macomb County Michigan about mid-day (around 2PM). Deep red area but no line really. Not sure what to make of that. Definitely busier in 2024.
It was sparse where I was. But we are 2 days away from the last early vote period. It’s been going for 11 days with 3 to go. I heard it was busy the first week.
We can now vote anywhere a polling place is open. No more assigned places. So the busier places are in high traffic areas that are easy to get to.
I went to a tiny church a few miles from me. Not too many probably even know it’s there.

Mike Johnson, on the other hand, has been and continues to be a staunch and reliable ally of President Trump.
Where is that Richard Head now?
If anyone wonders, where he’s going can show what’s vulnerable or winnable. here are the districts and states:
Speaker Johnson will visit Districts including AZ-06, IA-03, MN-10, NM-02, NY-03, NY-04, NY-17, NC-01, OH-01, OH-09, PA-07, PA-10, VA-02 and WI-03. So far this month, Speaker Johnson has campaigned in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.
Mostly red states and districts.
Johnson is a spineless capitulator.

I for one have been impressed with him. He relishes debate and crushing his critics. Yes, he much more restrained than Trump, but he kicks ass in his own way.
I was registered GOP my entire voting life until 2017.
Thanks to congressional rinos like Paul Ryan backstabbing President Trump over Russia, Russia, Russia BS, I had seen enough of the Uniparty. I registered Independent.
I still vote GOP and did so this midterm. I will never vote Rat, but that doesn’t mean post-Trump I will hold my nose and vote Uniparty for another Bushie sort of candidate.
I did the exact same thing, except in my state (AZ) we register “no party affiliated”
