I saw this a couple days ago. At first I thought she just got caught up in the mayhem. She did not seem to be dressed like the ANTIFA types. Meaning Black on Black with ski goggles and a Balaclava.

She appears to be wearing a red skirt and heels.
Not exactly typical riot wear.
