Terrifying 911 audio captured the moment a witness reported a man who tried to kidnap a 13-year-old girl outside of a Florida gas station.
Michael Polanco, 32, was arrested after police said he attempted to abduct the teen on Monday in broad daylight at a Shell gas station in Miramar, about 20 miles outside of Miami.
Surveillance footage allegedly showed Polanco approach the girl and grab her neck before she escaped.
A man who witnessed the incident called 911 and reported what he saw, according to audio NBC6 obtained.
'A guy just tried to grab a kid,' the witness said, adding that it happened about two minutes before he placed the call.
He told the dispatcher that the man, later identified by police as Polanco, left the area on a scooter.
According to the local news station, the witness spoke with the victim and relayed information while calling 911.
Polanco allegedly asked the girl to request scissors from the man who made the 911 call, but she did not, according to court records viewed by the Daily Mail.

Would anyone miss him if he just disappeared?
A judge has denied bond.
I wonder why.
Put him in genpop. They will treat him fairly.....................
Florida has a non bondable offense statute on the books...
Good.
He needs a severe attitude adjustment. His fellow inmates will see to it................
Just another imported Biden American, nothing to see.
Hard to imagine him kidnapping the intended victim on a scooter. That said maybe he just wanted some immediate sexual interaction. Yeah keep this person away from society please.
“Yeah keep this person away from society please.”
We don’t have a “crime” problem, we have a problem with criminals walking the streets. And a problem with the progressives who keep them there. This is Broward County, of course. Famous the world over for official cowardice and love of criminal behavior?
Florida will put that slimeball away for 30 years. That state is very tough on criminals, fortunately.
Just 1 little .22 would be a solution. Inexpensive too!
