A woman was arrested after allegedly stealing two 12-foot Halloween skeletons worth $600 from a Home Depot in Michigan. Police used a drone to track her after she tried to hide the decorations in a bush; she briefly ran from officers before being caught.

That’s pretty incredible. I never understand this stuff. Why steal? Is it worth the time in jail, and the damage to their reputations? Do they really think that they will get away with it?

It’s about time HD stopped POS thieves. They shouldn’t have to lock merchandise up. On the other hand maybe they’ll start locking up Halloween skeletons. Put them in solitary confinement. Employees get fired for questioning criminals. It’s going to be required to say, “Thanks for shoplifting at Home Depot”.

One of our neighbors down the street has a huge skeleton, at least 12 feet tall with red glowing eyes, that they put up every year. That thing must have cost a fortune.................

They’re everywhere in our community. Sometimes one lawn has 4 or 5 of them.
I’ll be glad when Halloween is over. Then. the neighbors put Santa suits on the skeletons. (Which is even more bizarre, if you ask me).
