A whistleblower who exposed U.S. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick's links to Jeffrey Epstein has died by suicide.

Yes, Simon Andriesz has died by suicide.

I later shared evidence with the House Oversight Committee, which subsequently questioned Lutnick behind closed doors.

My disclosures also contributed to regulatory action in the U.S. and U.K., including a £96m HMRC tax assessment relating to BGC's partnership scheme. I believe the true tax exposure is substantially higher.

Mother Jones previously reported that documents I uncovered revealed a years-long business tie between Howard Lutnick, Cantor Fitzgerald, and Jeffrey Epstein through AdFin, including a 2018 exchange in which Lutnick and Epstein discussed the company directly:

Okay, one quote from the linked audio documentary that sticks out:

Okay, moving on to Simon's "Clintoning" death by suicide.

Forbes tells us about Andriesz's time at BGC Group, a brokerage run by Howard Lutnick:

Andriesz was a managing director at BGC, according to the BBC. While working at the firm, he uncovered alleged instances of fraud, which he reported internally in 2016, refusing to sign off on documents with allegedly fraudulent figures.

He told the BBC he was then let go from the firm in 2017 over disputes after he ended up in the hospital with heart problems, suggesting he believed the firm used his health issues as a pretext to fire him for flagging wrongdoing.

BGC has strongly denied those claims, describing Andriesz as a former employee with an "axe to grind," and characterized his termination to the BBC as being based on Andriesz refusing to follow medical advice and failing to perform certain job duties.

After leaving his Wall Street role, Andriesz reported Cantor Fitzgerald's alleged fraud to authorities in both the U.K. and U.S., he told the BBC, eventually also speaking with the FBI about Lutnick and his alleged ties to Epstein.

And now to Lutnick's connection with Epstein:

Andriesz's allegations regarding Epstein and Lutnick center on the two men both being invested in the company AdFin.

A 2018 email exchange in the Epstein files, which Andriesz alleged he first uncovered, shows the two men discussing the company, with Epstein asking Lutnick, "What do you think the prospects for AdFin are?"

Lutnick responded by writing, "Producing revenue finally. This is their year. Over the next 12 months, they need to become economically self-sufficient."

That email took place after both men had already invested in AdFin, with the BBC noting Epstein invested in the company shortly after Lutnick visited the financier's private island in 2012, and Lutnick invested shortly thereafter.

In an interview with the House Oversight Committee in May, Lutnick denied having any business relationship with Epstein or knowledge that Epstein was also invested in AdFin, telling lawmakers that to the "best of [his] recollection," he didn't learn about the financier's involvement until the Epstein files were publicly released earlier this year.

And now to Andriesz's death:

Simon Andriesz, a whistleblower who exposed ties in the Epstein files between Jeffrey Epstein and Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, has died by suicide, The Banker reports, renewing scrutiny over Lutnick and his business links to Epstein.

So, yeah.

Conservatives were outraged two decades ago at the numerous deaths of people who crossed the Clintons; in fact, the term Arkancide was coined to describe the numerous deaths of low level people, like the two teenagers who stumbled into the Mena drug smuggling operation, as well as advisers to President Clinton like Ron Brown and Vince Foster.

We see in Russia numerous defenestrations and other accidents victimizing people who crossed Vladimir Putin in one way or another. Years earlier, Stalin executed thousands of his enemies in the Kremlin and their allies.

Movies and TV shows based on the activities of the Mafia like the Godfather trilogy and the Sopranos were derived from actual life, but fictionalized. Those stories were filled with murders for revenge or to prevent their enemies from working with the legal authorities.

We see the same pattern with those associated with Jeffrey Epstein taking out potential witnesses. This is happening in our time and not 20 or 60 years ago and not in another country.

“Crossing Epstein’s path” is a whole different ballgame than spending time in one of his “homes” with the cameras running.

It is not that difficult to tell who is who.
