To update a web page and change such a link -- which is not open to FR users -- is something which the operator(s) of the site actively did. Altering the pinned material on the "index" page is a webmaster(s) purview. It does not happen by happenstance.

I am not bashing this site. I do find however it is much easier to share memes, pictures, and post comments on newer social media forums. Back in the day, when I worked from a desktop computer. HTML was doable. now I do everything on my phone and just don’t want to deal with a cut and paste type of activity just to share a meme. This is from someone who loves this site. I can’t imagine any of the younger crowd wanting to go through the precess just to share their thoughts here.

What I want to know is, what does the OP think would be hallmarks of this “revitalization”? It’s easy to say, “this kinda sucks - make it better.” What does better look like. Because if you don’t bring some of that as well, and bring it in a positive way, you’re just contributing to the decline you are bemoaning.
