In view of the brutal and hellish record of its failed communist messiahs, past and present, it is only right that the ideology and actions of the current government of Cuba be confronted and resisted by the U.S.

Wells, who claimed “everybody trusts him.” The American ambassador to the Soviet Union, Joseph E. Davies, described the brutal dictator: “His brown eye is exceedingly wise and gentle. A child would like to sit on his lap and a dog would sidle up to him.” Chilean writer Pablo Neruda wrote he was “a good-natured man of principle.”
The adulatory posture of the 1930s clerisy comprised of academics, politicians, and the press toward communist thugs remained scarcely unchanged into the late 50s and 60s.
As author Matthew Blackwell points out in his essay “Devastation and Denial: Cambodia and the Academic Left,” the academic left of the 70s either evaded or completely refused to condemn the genocide committed by Pol Pot, who deeply admired Jean Paul Sartre’s philosophy of violence as a tool of change.
Blackwell points out “the French cognoscenti had become entranced by Stalinism after the Second World War. Here was a group of bright, erudite people ready to tolerate the worst crimes as long as they are committed in the name of the proper doctrines.”

The left still admire Castro. They have upside-down thinking.
The world is being transformed. The post-WWII world lasted 80 years, and a lot of those years were good, but conditions changed and the old structure wasn’t working. A new structure is being formed, and I think it will be very good.

The whole existence of the Castro Dictatorship is based on the US Enemy. They cannot sign a peace agreement because if they do, they will cease to exist. They must be overthrown from within, just like the IRGC must.
Lefties are lovers of group think. This is a reflection of how they feel about themselves. They at some level realize they are parasitic and generally crappy at anything they do but are not strong enough to end their suffering (i.e., jumping off a roof, for instance). Instead they form mobs of other blathering nitwits and attempt to control through force of violence and other uncivilized means.
These ideas are so good that they need to be implemented at the point of a gun!

An on the mark video but it doesn’t hit the nail on the head to the fence-sitters. The guy needs to talk slower to give the listener a chance to soak it up on a slower level. Plus there are too many negative charges in his speaking, confusing the listener who may think he’s just like the leftist. They succeeded in implementing and maintaining communism for their nation.
As communist leaders they succeeded in gaining and keeping control of everything.
They succeeded in keeping the general population in chattel slavery
They succeeded in controlling the wealth of the nation for their own benefit.
They succeeded in having other people provide them every comfort and service they desired.
In summary they succeeded in living like Kings while keeping the rest of the nation in poverty and servitude.
Just like all successful communist tyrants throughout history.
We will have to start thinking about how to approach this good fight for when Trumps’s gone. I think the country will be ready to go more in an intellectual and introspective direction. Think Newt when he was introduced to the nation as speaker. His history professor background made us feel like we were all in a lecture hall at the university making those that didn’t go to college think they would have been comfortable in one. The left’s picture of Trump is that of a rabid animal. The Regan successor who saw a ‘kinder and gentler’ America was costly.
The nations’ next ‘lecturer’ points to Rubio although I’m more partial to the hands-on get-things-done element DeSantis brings. JD would be good to so let’s not think we’re going off a cliff in ‘29.
Guess that would not be the first time that someone’s actions put the lie to what they were saying.
