It is best if his RIGHTS are not touched. Detention Centers inevitably involved RIGHTS and lose the argument. Detention centers for those who murder, rape remove RIGHTS in a Constitutional manner. Detention Centers who remove RIGHTS of an immigrant who works hard, takes care of his family are a violation of his RIGHTS.
Everyone, including illegals, have RIGHTS. Not everyone has PRIVILEGES.
