Judge Orders Disabled Man Starved to Death Against His Family’s Wishes (UK)

In spite of a court injunction barring anyone from speaking on this case, Fahim’s mother is publicly calling for the court to reverse their order on removing hydration and nutrition, immediately return her son back to his home, and drop the “gag” order crushing free speech on this case.

She could face being imprisoned for her actions.

In an exclusive video, Farah, the young man’s mother publicly shares her heart from the bedside of her son and discusses how his condition has dramatically gotten worse after he was removed from his loving home 16 months ago by the government.

Here is the video: CDC090826 (on link)

Farah’s son suffered a catastrophic hypoxic brain injury in 2020, leaving him disabled.

Below, Farah shares how the UK government has treated her son and how it impacts her as a mother:

“They took my vulnerable son from the stability and protection of his home and mother, locked him up and banned his entire family from visiting him; even criminals don’t get banned from their families while in prison, yet my vulnerable son was deprived from his basic human rights.

“For 16 months, my son was deprived from his mother’s love, protection, comfort and healing, which cost him dearly. All the improvements he made in 5 years at home were completely destroyed.

“No mother should ever have to go through what I went through and no vulnerable person should be ever treated in this inhuman way as my son has. Yet, here we are in a beautiful country such as Great Britain, being so brutal in how it deals with its most vulnerable citizens.”

“The love and devotion of a mother’s nature that travels through me, will not allow me to be silenced because none of this is normal in any country or society. God himself has installed fierceness in a woman’s biology to protect her offspring. I have no control of that part of me and I can be imprisoned simply for loving my son and wanting to protect him.

Rev. Patrick Mahoney, Director of the Christian Defense Coalition, in Washington, DC, states:

“This case is horrific and should deeply trouble every parent and family as the government and legal system are now blocking parents’ decisions about the safety and well-being of their children.

“What we see happening in this case is the government is now becoming the final arbiter of who has the right to live and how they are to die. Fahim’s mother, Farah has shared:

‘The system has treated my son with unbelievable cruelty. My son was stable and happy at home, he was surrounded by love from his family, and I believe his condition was gradually improving.’

“Fahim was then removed and isolated from his loving family while the court issued a barbaric decision to have him die a brutal death of starvation and dehydration. It would be against the law in England to treat an animal in a similar fashion.

“It is also unconscionable for the court to issue a ‘gag order’ to prevent Farah from speaking out regarding the condition and care of her son, as she faces the possibility of imprisonment.

“We ask people around the world to pray and stand with Fahim and his family during this extremely difficult time. We also would encourage all English citizens to contact their local government officials and respectfully ask that this terrifying court order would be immediately removed and Fahim would be immediately returned back into the loving arms of his family.”

Rev. Mahoney has been involved in many “End of Life Cases,” including Nancy Cruzan, Terri Schiavo and Charlie Gard.

Bobby Schindler, President of the Terri Schiavo Life & Hope Network, is condemning a United Kingdom court ruling ordering the withdrawal of nutrition and hydration from, Fahim, a 28-year-old disabled man, warning that the decision represents a grave threat to the most vulnerable members of society.

Fahim sustained a brain injury in 2020 and was cared for by his mother for five years before being transferred to a care home in 2025. His mother was subsequently prevented from seeing her son for 16 months. A UK judge has now ruled that Fahim should be denied nutrition and hydration until his death.

“This case represents the tragic consequences of allowing courts or medical authorities to determine that a person’s cognitive disability makes his life no longer worth living,” said Schindler. “Fahim is not a diagnosis, a disability, or a medical condition. He is a human being whose life possesses God-given, inherent dignity and value.”

Schindler, whose sister, Terri Schiavo, died a barbaric death by dehydration in 2005 after her feeding tube was removed by court order, said Fahim’s case raises disturbing parallels.

The Life & Hope Network urges UK authorities to reconsider this decision and uphold the fundamental principle that disability must never become a justification for intentionally causing a person’s death.

Ah the joys of socialized medicine, AKA “Medicare for all” on this side of the pond.
