Three men were stabbed in Crown Heights, Brooklyn early Monday morning — just before the notoriously violent West Indian American Day parade was set to kick off, according to police.
A 32-year-old man and 23-year-old man were stabbed in the neck and a 36-year-old was stabbed in the face near Carroll Street and Utica Avenue around 5:48 a.m., cops said.
EMS responded and rushed all three to Kings County Hospital, where the 32-year-old man remains in critical condition.
Police said the parade will be promptly shut down at 5:30 p.m. — a decision made after six people were shot during last year’s festivities, NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch said.

To be considered truly successful, all-black events — parades, picnics, funerals — need at least one or two shootings or stabbings.
Funny you should mention that.
Just yesterday here in North Florida I was walking out of a grocery store and overheard an elderly customer talking to an employee at the customer service desk......all I heard was “New York city is a cesspool”.
Personally, I wouldn’t go there to throw up.

Stab wounds and gunshot wounds are expensive. 99% of the suspects and victims don’t have private health insurance. This means the good taxpayers of NY get to foot the bill. My guess: this parade costs taxpayers $1,800,000 in medical bills.
Now we know why health insurance for actual citizens who have actual jobs is over a $1,000 per month and doesn’t cover anything at all.

Sigh. What can be done to fix this mess? Lots of things, in theory. But practically, nothing at all. So I guess all we can do is watch the system collapse.

Good example of, “Import third world, become third world”. is England, France, and Germany to name a few Sovereign Countries. The US imported 4million muslims during Biden era and now major issues are appearing in Texas, Ca. and other States around the Country and all are going downhill rapidly. Dems gave America away.
Any kind of “Cultural Day” that says anything other than a celebration of American, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Scandinavian, Acadian, British, or German culture is something I go out of my way to avoid at all costs.
One can only speculate but I’m sure there’s plenty of illegals.
