The UPS crash in particular was caused by the maintenance crews violating technical orders that were put in place after a prior fatal crash.

There is pilot error and other errors in aviation safety. Pilot lives we get a chance to examine what really happened. He dies, many times it is passed off as human error unless there is demonstrable catastrophic maintenance or aerodynamic destruction caused by structural or maintenance failures. First stop is always the crew.
Amazon sent the pilot that he was running late and to step on it or he would lose his job...
The joke (and it's only half a joke) is that if the crew was killed, it's pilot error until proved otherwise."

The video starts with the right engine already pushing a white vehicle, and that carries through to when the plane comes to a rest.

That's based on miles which the aviation industry has been intentionally using for decades as a flawed comparison. When it comes to start-stop trips, driving is far, far safer than flying.
Yeah. You can start stop in tenths of a mile. Mileage is the distance required.
Sadly, that was the way of the USN/USMC in the old days. Doubt it has changed.

The fires look like fuel fires to me. Each wing tank holds 6,070 gallons, but surely some had been used. That right wing got pretty well broken off and crisped.
