There is pilot error and other errors in aviation safety. Pilot lives we get a chance to examine what really happened. He dies, many times it is passed off as human error unless there is demonstrable catastrophic maintenance or aerodynamic destruction caused by structural or maintenance failures. The video starts with the right engine already pushing a white vehicle, and that carries through to when the plane comes to a rest.

That's based on miles which the aviation industry has been intentionally using for decades as a flawed comparison. When it comes to start-stop trips, driving is far, far safer than flying.

The fires look like fuel fires to me. Each wing tank holds 6,070 gallons, but surely some had been used. That right wing got pretty well broken off and crisped.
