11-1 is a big loss. My guess is she’ll never be sentenced.

I'm not a lawyer so I certainly could be wrong but IIRC I've read that when a person is tried a second time with the first trial having been a "hung jury" the person is almost always convicted.

However,as a life long resident of the depraved Commonwealth of Massachusetts I can guarantee that she'll never be convicted.

Well, they can’t very well keep women off the jury in the People’s Republic of Massachusetts, can they? But can they find six of them with common sense?

What they need to deal with is the question of whether a psychotic person could do such meticulous planning and execution. Imho

This is a difficult case to prosecute to a jury of women. The world is changing. Truth hasn’t, but sometimes it doesn’t matter.
