DSA boss Gustavo Gordillo’s pricey NYC home hit with fine for $1.4M renovations without permits

The millionaire parents of the silver-spoon socialist DSA leader were slapped with a $2,500 fine after they were caught renovating their ritzy Brooklyn row home without permits.

The parents of Gustavo Gordillo, boss of the New York City chapter of the Democratic Socialists of America, were slapped with a summons for the $1.4 million rehaul of their Decatur Street digs in Bed-Stuy where their self-proclaimed anti-capitalist nepo baby lives.

The property, which was purchased for just under $1 million but was valued around $1.5 million before the extensive work, made headlines last week when The Post revealed the DSA co-chair had been living in the elite spot despite claiming residency in a Crown Heights apartment.

The coverage led to a surprise visit from the Department of Buildings days later when they city first issued the stop-work order since the construction permits for the front facade and inside overhaul expired earlier this year.

The fine was issued to Chuciutto LCC, a dummy corporation created by Gordillo’s Florida residing folks and used to buy the place in 2019 for just under $1 million.

Gordillo’s father, also named Gustavo, confirmed to The Post that his son was living at the Bed-Stuy home and that he also used the LLC to rent his son a $2,600-a-month apartment in the Lower East Side from 2016 to 2019.

But just weeks prior, 38-year-old socialist tricked a New York Times reporter about where he lived by providing mail and his union card when pressed as part of a glowing profile.

Gordillo hadn’t lived in the one-bed, one-bath apartment Crown Heights for months by that point — and had been hauled into court for allegedly not paying rent dating back to late last year.

As Indian poet and social activist Sarojini Naidu said about Mahatma Ghandhi: “it costs a lot of money to keep this man in poverty.”

In the nonfiction book and movie I Was A Communist For the FBI (1951) by the undercover agent Matt Cvetic, there were examples of the wealth and luxuries of the inner circle of secret Communists infiltrated into the American system to undermine it. One said “We who are leading the workers to the overthrow of capitalist oppression are entitled to greater rewards and we don’t have to apologize to anyone for them.”

They also used black workers in unions to start riots and when Cvetic said: “I think we shouldn’t call them n———s if that’s offensive to their people.” His leader brushed it off: “We sometimes have to pretend as we use their people but when their use is over we can call them what they are again. Among ourselves we call them n———s.”

Millions for a home and more millions to renovate it. All part of the scam as with the BLM insiders.

Sounds like the blues song——

I gave you a brand new Ford 🎶
But you said: “I want a Cadillac”.

I bought you a ten dollar dinner 🎶
And you said: “thanks for the snack”.

I let you live in my penthouse 🎶 🏘️
You said it just a shack.

I gave you seven children 🎶
And now you wanna give them back

One of the great things about Alaska is that you can build a house and you don’t even need a permit in most of the state. I had my bathroom countertops replaced with granite...no permit needed. I’m looking at installing a 30 amp RV receptacle on the side of my house...no permit needed. Stuff like that is between me and the company doing the work.

Shouldn’t need a permit. Just a way to suck money out of people.

A $2500 fine?? That’s utterly nothing. In many jurisdictions the fine is 3x the value of the unpermitted improvements.

Right on! Want to build something? Drop the blade hit the throttle and go. I built everything we have myself and never went begging for permission from some miserable pencil necked dipshot.

Just like in Imperial Russia and China, when these bourgeoisie, big-city simps have destroyed traditional society enough to pave the way for real marxists to take over, they will be put up against the wall and shot.

Proving once again that:

I would need permits for neither thing you mentioned here in Fairfax County, VA. Don’t get me wrong, I need permits for lots of stuff (and have hard core experience having built a house, etc., here in FFX), but I think most people don’t understand what does amd doesn’t require a permit.
