Although it is legal to buy it over the counter, it is not easy to find pharmacies in Idaho that actually carry it.
Any farm and ranch store will have it. But look like you know what you’re doing. Tell them it is for your quarter horse. It comes in big tubes.
While you’re at it, get some quercetin, usually at a health food store and zinc vitamins C and D.
Search on compounding pharmacy. The big chains are not your friend on this one.
Go to a D&B and see if you can get the injectable liquid form for animals. Then use it as a cocktail mixer.
The D&B in Meridian is a good bet. It’s more “horsey” than the Boise stores. Fairview and Locust Grove.
Just go online and buy the Ivermectin pills for humans.

Here in SW Pennsylvania, we can buy it at any farm and ranch store like an Agway or Tractor supply. The dose is for a 1250-pound horse, so take 1/5th of it or whatever your weight adjusted portion happens to be.
