A “Karen” has had a hands-on lesson in following police instructions.
It all followed a New Jersey officer’s traffic stop of a woman for speeding.
Her antics include:
Getting out of her car when ordered to stay in.
Demands, multiple, to be taken to the hospital.
Threats to do “crazy.”
Explains, “They probably miss me in Lollie world.”
Claims she has PTSD.
Explains speeding because “I gotta get outta here.”
“I have somewhere to be.”
“Will the pretty lady officer take the cuffs off and let me leave?”
Claims she’s “losing money.”
Wants to call “mommy and daddy” so they can take her home.
A whole lot of screaming.

Unhinged karen goes to extremes over a simple speeding ticket. Finds her way to jail in the end.
A routine traffic stop conducted by the Neptune Township Police Department in New Jersey escalated rapidly into a chaotic encounter when a driver, identified as Elizabeth ("Beth"), flatly refused to cooperate with law enforcement. After being pulled over for a speeding violation in a residential neighborhood, Beth immediately got out of her vehicle. Despite repeated orders from the officer to stay inside, she dismissed the instructions, declaring, "I simply don't have time for this," and attempted to walk away while refusing to produce her driver's license, registration, or proof of insurance.
Due to her refusal to follow lawful commands and her attempt to leave the scene, the officer placed her under arrest for obstruction of justice. As officers moved to detain her, Beth became combative, shouting "Don't touch me!" She cited she does not like to be touched by men and started demanding to be taken straight to a hospital.
Her erratic behavior continued so the officers agreed to transport her to the emergency department at Hackensack Meridian Health / Jersey Shore University Medical Center.
Her behavior didn't change at the hospital as she screamed at medical staff, demanded a doctor start a 72-hour psychiatric evaluation hold, and refused to change into a gown.
In the end, her antics did not prevent her trip to jail as she was cleared at the hospital with nothing wrong with her and was charged with resisting arrest, obstruction, and disorderly conduct.

Seems to me that she’s a prime candidate under New Jersey’s involuntary commitment statute (N.J.S.A. 30:4‑27.1 et seq.)
If she had just handed over her license and registration she would have been on her way in 15 minutes.

They are travelers and they don’t have to show ID or cooperate or follow instructions or anything.
It always ends badly for them.
