A Milwaukee County judge has sentenced a 28-year-old woman to 24 years in prison for setting a fire that killed her boyfriend's elderly neighbor last year. Rashamba Claybrooks was sentenced this month for her role in the fatal April 2025 apartment fire near 30th and Capitol that left 71-year-old Sam Nash dead after he was found unconscious inside his unit.

Milwaukee. No mugshot. Well?
“Rashamba”.....isn’t that enough?
Rashamba?
Very close to a title of a Three Dog Night song.
Kind of makes you wonder sometimes, doesn’t it?
If you mean **Rashamba as a person’s first name**, it appears to be **extremely rare**.
I found a U.S. name database that says **fewer than 100** people have had Rashamba as a first name in its records since 1880, and the underlying Social Security data apparently doesn’t show it at all at the usual reporting threshold. ([The Meaning of Names][1])
There is also evidence of **Rashamba as a surname**. Forebears estimates roughly **71 people worldwide** with that spelling in one dataset, though its numbers should be treated as estimates rather than an official census. ([Forebears][2])
Interestingly, **Rashamba** is also the name of a Russian metalcore band, formed in Zelenograd in 2004; that’s probably why the word produces a surprising number of unrelated search results. ([metal-archives.com][3])
So if you’ve encountered **a person named Rashamba**, that’s a genuinely unusual name. If you tell me **where the person is from or whether it’s a first or last name**, I can dig into the likely origin.

A “Roomba” in a Hurry.

Roomba was already copywrited.
That’s the girlfriend??
I’ve lived in the deep South all my life.
I know how this is going to sound but at the tender age of 66 I’ve seen black people do the most bizarre things you could ever imagine.
Things no White person would ever think of doing.
Life seems to be very cheap to certain types of people these days so an angry black female setting a building on fire doesn’t really move the needle.
She looked hot with hair…
the man who took her into his life was not thinking with his head.
Ro-Sham-Bo , Rochambeau or roshambo
The old rock paper scissors game by another name.
Wonder what the boyfriend looks like?
“That’s the girlfriend??”
Yeah, imagine coming home to that, wow.
Say no more.
I've named our Roomba Helen Keller...
