The ‘Rats have successfully kept blacks at 13% of the population since I have been alive. White people aren’t breeding and are being replaced, but not by the blacks, thanks to the Democrats (I am not thanking them).
Remove religion and replace, “The Mind is a Terrible Thing to Waste”, with “Just hold the gun sideways” - and this is the result.

It’s young black men committing half the murders. I wouldn’t say 13%. Probably 4% committing half the murders.
Going to take a stab at sonething without any stats to back me up, but the 13% accounting for over 50% is much worse than that even appears.
My guess is that most of the perps and victims are black men which I believe make up around 6% of the population.
So the stat should read more like 6% of the population make up 50% of perps and victims, and of that 6% would guess the actual number of perps is closer to 1% with multiple crimes on their resumes
Going further out on the limb would also guess that murder stats are fudged to make them appear better than they are along with a judicial and political system that allows these repeat offenders to kill again

John Lott’s done some research on this (Crimeresearch.org)
The FBI’s UCR data show - consistently - blacks commit nearly 70% of ALL violent crime in the US. At least when data can be trusted - that is, NOT when democrats are running the DOJ.
Blacks only make up about 14% of the US population, and black MALES about half that, so roughly 7% of the US population commits 70% of all violent crime (I haven’t seen numbers on percentages related to sex but am guessing maybe 3% female out of the same population).
Breaking it down further the ages of criminals in the male demographic - 15 to 35 - is again a much smaller fraction than that guesstimate of 7%, so maybe 3 to 4% of the entire US population is causing 70% of all violent crime; even more considering ALL crime.
Solution? A variant of Mark Twain’s “put ‘em in a barrel at 13” treatment. Send all non-academic-oriented or otherwise socially adjusted black males into work/labor camps at puberty until they’re 40. If they’re still not suited for polite society, Soylent Green.

When I was in college, 50 years ago, I heard blacks represented 13% of the U.S. population then and I do not believe it. I suspect the number today is 17-18%, if not higher. Either that or Blacks are killing off each other at a rate that offsets their birthrate. I can’t accept that.
