While Ramaswamy usually comes off like a late night infomercial he did not say anything to that group that earned the outright insults, curses and derision they rained on him. Those people reflected bad parenting, crude racism and lack of basic civility.

He has a mastery of English, reason and logic that few can overcome.

I’m not sure Jefferson would’ve supported a Hindu for POTUS. Technically per the Constitution, he’d be qualified because he was born here (IIRC), but functionally I doubt if TJ would’ve been happy with a heathen running the country.
In history, Hindu (”Hindoo”) was antithetical to Christianity and it was referred to as heathen. It wasn’t really a pejorative word ... just descriptive.
