I doubt the SC legislature would view her appropriate for the seat.
Rep Fry is running as well as Rep Norman. I think Trump must know her thru Lindsey and think she will have his back. The others are strong MAGA as well which concerns me. I hope the duds in the Senate like Thune didn’t help push her to Trump/and her to keep real MAGA candidates out.

I loved Lurleen Wallace. She died way too young. I was too young to be interested in politics, but she was a lovely woman.

What do you mean? Of course she has a right to run. Any American citizen who meets the age, length of citizenship and residency requirements has the right to run.
I, for one, am extremely tired of hearing Linda’s thoughts and observing its Senate votes.
