Body camera footage depicting a disturbing encounter between a Florida college student and police officers has gone viral after a cop appeared to misgender her.
Jarrett Vick, 27, was arrested and charged with battery on law enforcement, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct on February 5 last year, according to the Orange County court docket.
However, the student pleaded not guilty, and the case appeared to be dismissed. A year and a half later, Inside the Blue TV, a YouTube account that shares police body camera footage, posted the shocking encounter between Vick and officers.
Officers were responding to reports of a stolen vehicle at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, but encountered Vick in an on-campus building.
Vick, who asked police to use 'she' pronouns, said, 'Why do you let those kids get away with this? They are not supposed to be here!'
An officer then warned Vick to lower her voice or threatened to call for backup. The cop then radioed another officer to come to the university to deal with a student having a 'breakdown.'
Vick then demanded that the officer refer to her using the correct pronoun, which prompted the cop to instruct the student to get down on the ground while deploying pepper spray.
The threat then spooked Vick, who screamed to be left alone and tried to flee the scene. The student could also be heard cursing at cops.

If it were a real woman making such a scene I'd agree, but these days the troons have infested nearly everything in academia.
Might be Comp Sci, might even be nursing.
The only shocking thing is these cretins are allowed to exist outside a secure facility until cured, sequestered to NYC or LA-LA land, or expire.

Simple solution: Do a cotton swab test and submit it for DNA testing. If it comes back male, throw him in jail for disturbing the peace. If it comes back female, tell her she’s ugly and let her go.
I just watched the full ten minute police video. This guy lost his mind because they would not use female pronouns. He needs to be in a nervous hospital.
The scarier thing is he votes.
Pure psychosis. Everybody needs to volunteer at an ER, or go on a ride along with the cops, or be at at a psych hospital intake ward, in order to recognize psychotic behaviour.
Especially people who write headlines.
