As Republicans expose fraud in the tens of billions in Medicaid and other welfare programs, Democrats’ response is to... duck.
They made it glaringly obvious last week as Sen. Rand Paul chaired a Senate Homeland Security Committee meeting: Nearly all the panel’s Dem members were total no-shows; only Sen. Gary Peters attended at all, and only long enough to ask a few questions before heading for the door.
The hearing actually covered two very different fraud topics:
- Independent journalist Nick Shirley reviewed his welfare-fraud discoveries, including blatant abuses of Medicaid by New York adult day cares.
- Undercover-video specialist James O’Keefe testified about his recordings uncovering voter bribery on LA’s Skid Row.
Strange: Dems have extremely strong views on both issues. They’ve been slamming Republican moves to trim Medicaid and other welfare outlays for years now, denouncing anti-fraud measures as “savage cuts”; Senate Dems are even now using the filibuster to prevent a floor vote that would pass the SAVE Act to counter voting fraud.
Yet they simply boycotted a hearing where they could have poked holes in GOP claims as they grilled the witnesses.
Do they think their own case is so weak that they don’t dare even try to make it?

Today’s democrat party is a form of organized crime. Very little of what they do could stand much scrutiny, and without the support of the corporate media/propaganda complex would disintegrate.

The Dems do not want to piss off their voting base.
The people committing the fraud in all the Blue metro areas all vote almost exclusively for the Dems.
In Minny the Somali tribes ALL vote for one candidate as a block. So, the Dems do not want to upset their most reliable voters.
It would be akin to Obama dissing African American Women. They voting block that came out for The One at close to 98%.

Consider that if you asked people the following questions ...
Should it be legal to kill someone who is in your path, a path that you yourself have chosen?
Should people in the country illegally be allowed to vote?
Should people in the country illegally receive welfare, food stamps, and other taxpayer assistance?
Should people in the country illegally be issued valid driver’s licenses?
Should people in the country illegally be issued commercial driver’s licenses?
Should it should be legal for a parent to have their child’s genitals modified via surgery?
Should males be allowed to compete in female sporting events?
Should there be a maximum wealth?
Should companies be made to give all profits to the government?
Should the minimum wage be $50/hr. or more?
Should landlords be preventing from adjusting the rent?
Do you support Hamas’ war against Israel?
Do you support Hezbollah’s war against Israel?
Should Iran be allowed to have a nuclear weapon?
Should Iran control the Strait of Hormuz?
Many, many people will answer “No” to ALL of those questions yet turn around and vote for Democrats.
Playing possums hoping we will go away.

The GA Republican Attorney General has been a no show on FRAUD for 8 years.
Why?
1) We think the SWAMP is only a Democrat problem, only a minorities problem, only a THEM problem.
2) We are asleep at the wheel.
