Not to worry, Curt. If it comes from Hollyweird, you can skip it. And your life will be no poorer, and perhaps better, for having avoided it.
LOL. This is funny but there is a reason there is a film critic industry. The idea that people should not form an opinion on a movie, TV show or other work of art until they see it or shouldn’t form one based on a critical review or pattern recognition of “Woke” indicators isn’t practical or even reasonable. People have to make judgements about what they are going to see based on critical reviews from people they trust or pattern recognition. Or whether the movie has an actor that they like or dislike. Or whether the director has a Woke take on the story. And its fine for people to have those opinions even if they have not seen the movie or TV show and act on them (i.e., see or not see the movie). Those who say you can’t form an opinion until you see it are being disingenuous.
My default opinion is that ALL Hollywood movies are deeply biased towards woke, so I wouldn’t go unless people I trust say it’s good and not biased.
The Critical Drinker on youtube gives an opinion on this film..

I’ve seen a few reviews from people who saw it. The best summarization is: It’s not particularly woke, but it’s also not very good.
Christopher Nolan’s “The Odyssey” is garbage!
Helen of Troy was white! The black actress who plays her in the film never even read “The Odyssey”, which I was required to do as a freshman in university!
Sounds like a bunch of certain FReepers who scroll first to follow the room...
