A massive bull bison tossed a tourist into the air, seriously injuring him, in a heart-pounding caught-on-camera attack at Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming.
Video shows the unidentified man being thrown 8 feet in the air like a ragdoll by the wild bison at the Bridge Bay Campground Friday, Cowboy State Daily reported.
The tourist was walking with his grandson when the powerful herbivore attacked.
Video shows the man running around a copse of pines to try to escape the bull, which was giving itself a dust bath moments earlier.
The bison suddenly charged the two tourists, and then viciously head-butted the older bearded man — catapulting him into the air.

For once, not a Yellowstone visitor doing something stupid.
In Texas, we call “tourists” like this idiot a rodeo clown.
lol... that guy probably weighed in at 250... he’ll need some pain meds after that toss!!
WWE - Yellowstone!
Lucky he didn’t stomp on him.
At Yellowstone, they are called tourons.
Shocking attack?
Or, a case of a wild bison doing what wild beasts do?
Looks like it’s Open Dumb Tourist Season, in Yellowstone.
Don’t pet the fluffy cows!
I have news for the NY Post all the bison in Yellowstone National Park are WILD bison.
According to the article the man was obeying park rules regarding the bison. So just how was he an idiot?
“Massive bull bison tosses Yellowstone tourist into the air like a ragdoll in shocking attack”. Gotta be careful around those big woolies.
I get fairly irritated with the NY Post videos. It isn’t clear which one to look at, and you can’t bypass the annoying two minutes of ads, and even then sometimes. Does anyone have an alternate link?
LOL!
The article mentioned it being rutting season. So the bull would be extra dangerous.
He gonna be sore for a week or more
It is fundamentally stupid to stay anywhere near such a large wild animal in rutting season. You get warned upon park entry — but still, the stupid ones think it doesn’t apply to them. The kids should have been told to walk away instead of pi$$ing about with their cameras.
Was in park decades ago, part of family road trip. Black bear with cubs near side of road — you know where this is going. Stupid Mom with stupider kid were taking piccies. Mom was trying to get “family piccie”. Was not paying attention to son sneaking up on mom bear. He slapped bear on arse, so loud everyone in area could hear it.
Luckily, kid knew how to teleport when bear whirled around screaming. Entire roadside was clear in <5 seconds.
Too often, mostly 100% now, city scum have no bloody idea what real life is like. Do not F@#$ around. Their lives are serious and you are food opportunity.
