As New York baked under another summer heat wave, parts of the Riverdale neighborhood in the Bronx, home to a large Jewish community, lost power after Con Edison shut off electricity to protect its equipment.
Con Edison announced the outages Thursday, saying it temporarily cut power to some customers in Riverdale to reduce strain on the electrical grid and speed up service restoration. The utility directed affected residents to report outages and seek relief at city cooling centers.

Wouldn't put it past Mamdani and pulling an Obama, punishing an area where 60% of the Jewish population voted for Cuomo, and the bonus is the Muzzie gets to punish Jews.
NYC did this to themselves.
Its an example of Democrats importing a voting base, only to find that the monster they raised is turning on them.
Its an example of elitism at its finest--after all, Travis and Tay-Tay can't have a buzzkill on their soiree.
Lastly, this is the result of messed up energy policy, pitting politics over infrastructure requirements. If ConEd had any balls, they would cut power to Gracie Mansion and other well deserving targets.

Con Ed put out warnings earlier to conserve due to both the heat and ongoing repair work.
Currently about 900 w/no power in the Bronx, w/the Riverdale area in question down to a handful now.

I see this as a parallel of the what Hitler did to the Jews. It’s just the degree of heat.
