At least three people were injured in an explosion in Monaco on Monday evening.
According to French media, the explosion happened after a person dropped off bags at the explosion site.
The suspect is still at large.

Police in Monaco were hunting for a man suspected of detonating a makeshift bomb that wounded three people on Monday, French media reported.
The blast occurred shortly before 9 p.m. (1900 GMT). French newspaper Le Figaro said video surveillance images showed a man dropping a backpack at the entrance of a residential building shortly before the explosion.

There is barely any border control between France and Monaco or other places in Europe so it won’t be so easy is my guess.
It is too simple to cry “Russia!”. The target oligarch does business in Russia, was born in Ukraine, is a citizen of Cypress, was visiting his mistress in Monaco, but she resides in London... and he is from a prominent Jewish family very established in Dnipro. It was not the wife whose legs were blown off; it was the beautiful mistress.
