Suspected murderer drops dead of heart attack while dumping body of woman he strangled: cops

47, on June 10 in Chambers County, Alabama, about 125 miles from his home in Macon, Georgia.

The autopsy and investigation showed that “the female victim was strangled, and it appears the male was attempting to dispose of the body in a remote location,” Mike Segrest told Al.com.

“He died of a heart attack while doing it,” Segrest said. “Their bodies were right there together.”

Authorities believe Folds’ murder was the result of a domestic dispute, but it was not known where the strangulation took place.

The bodies were found just a few miles from where the murdered mom lived.

I suspect it was a combination of his BP being jacked sky high because he just murdered her......couple that with moving a dead body (no small feat BTW) and boom.....instant coronary.
