Two-tiered justice system, coming right up.
You bet, and you can see what to expect by looking at London.
Does he have proof of the threats?
Main Post Summary (Alex Jones,
, June 26, 2026):Alex Jones presents a "MASSIVE EXCLUSIVE" interview with Baton Rouge Pastor Tony Spell. This is Spell's first interview since his arrest following a viral incident where he physically confronted a man he claims threatened to kill his wife and children. Key claims in the post:> Does he have proof of the threats? <
That’s the problem. The pastor sounds legit. I believe him.
The pastor says the threats were ongoing. But he evidently has no audio or video proof of the threats. I find that a bit odd.
Anyway, hopefully there are independent witnesses who heard the threats. That would do the trick.

Well...I certainly hope so! Otherwise the Sh-t-bird got a good ass-whoopin’ for nuthin!
What he does have is video showing he was physically assaulted first and responded in kind.
Are we all going to have to wear body-cams, connected to the cloud, all the time?
Yes.
We need to make it legal to beat someone’s ass that talks smack and purposefully goes out of his way to annoy and taunt you.
California Code, Penal Code - PEN § 415
Current as of January 01, 2025 | Updated by Findlaw Staff
Any of the following persons shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not more than 90 days, a fine of not more than four hundred dollars ($400), or both such imprisonment and fine:
(1) Any person who unlawfully fights in a public place or challenges another person in a public place to fight.
(2) Any person who maliciously and willfully disturbs another person by loud and unreasonable noise.
(3) Any person who uses offensive words in a public place which are inherently likely to provoke an immediate violent reaction.
I think most states have similar laws.
When My daughter was young this guy across the street had a couple of Rottweilers that like to jump the fence and then get aggressive with people in their own yards. One day they got aggressive with my daughter and she came in the house to be safe. I was in my 50s and this clown with the dogs was in his 30s and considerably bigger than I was. I went across the street and told him that if his dogs came after my daughter again I was going to rip his head out by the roots and roll it down the street. He complained to another neighbor that I threatened to kill him and I needed to be arrested. LOL
But they also make it illegal to beat that guys ass.
That is the problem. They won’t arrest that idiot for yellowing like an idiot and harassing the pastor. They call it free speech. So just let him get his ass beat a few times and problem solved.
It will end badly.
Nothing on that site. Just a paywall
I got some kind of info window there that popped up there. Then it quickly went away.
I was then able to read the entire article. And I’m not a subscriber. You might want to give it another try.
> Are we all going to have to wear body-cams, connected to the cloud, all the time? <
Maybe not. But it might be a good idea to always have a cell phone handy, turned on and ready to take video and audio.
It’s not Eisenhower’s America any more.
🙁
“When My daughter was young this guy across the street had a couple of Rottweilers that like to jump the fence and then get aggressive with people in their own yards. “
A pack of cheap hotdogs rolled in powdered Tylenol and left where the dogs could find them would have solved the problem. Not advocating you understand, just saying.
This is Baton Rouge. Nothing will happen to the pastor. Google Gary Plouche or Gregory Doucette.
