Negative “teen” incidents grow out-of-control, and finally become public, demands for more security and crowd control arise. Security presence by necessity becomes overbearing, costs for everything rise, and the event loses all original spontaneity and allure.
Across the entire world save for Mideast and Korea/Japan - World Cup soccer has become my africans against your africans.
