WOKE African Leaders BEG White Countries FOR REPARATIONS With Juneteenth Slavery Performance!
YouTube ^ | 06/21/2026 | Black Conservative Perspective

Posted on 06/21/2026 3:09:21 PM PDT by SmokingJoe

This video, created by Black Conservative Perspective, criticizes recent actions by African leaders regarding the Juneteenth holiday. The creator argues that the recent commemoration in Ghana, which involved a reenactment of the slave trade, is an inappropriate way to observe the holiday, which he defines as a celebration of freedom.

Key points covered in the video:

Critique of Juneteenth Observance (0:00 - 2:05): The creator expresses disapproval of observing Juneteenth through displays of sorrow or slavery reenactments, asserting that the day should focus on happiness and gratitude for emancipation.

The "Hijacking" of Juneteenth (2:06 - 4:10): The creator discusses how African leaders, specifically in Ghana, are using Juneteenth as a platform to demand reparations from Western nations for the transatlantic slave trade.

Reenactment Performance (4:11 - 6:59): The video critiques a performance at the Oso Castle in Ghana where students depicted the anguish of slavery. The creator questions the effectiveness and intent of this performance in the context of global advocacy for reparations.

Arguments Against Reparations (7:00 - 12:15): The host argues that demanding reparations is hypocritical, suggesting that the supply chain of the slave trade originated with African leaders who enslaved and sold their own people. He further contends that Western aid is often lost to corruption and that African nations should focus on self-sufficiency rather than seeking financial compensation for historical grievances.

Fresh off partying with Karen Bass while LA was burning, grisfters in Ghana (including President John Mahama) have now hopped on the “reparations” and Juneteenth bandwagon.
These clowns who've never lived in America are now boldly dancing to celebrate Juneteenth.
You just can't make it up.
After losing USAID, black grifters in Africa are now doing everything possible to extort money from the white man.

If anyone should pay reparations it should be Ghana; they were actively involved in the slave trade.

Blacks, and Arabs sold other blacks into slavery, then democrats moved to keep effectively blacks enslaved, so...no.

Also, worst purchase in American history.

Most of the slaves were transported through/temporarily held in Cape Coast Castle in Ghana.
Obama visited the place when he was in Ghana.

Agreed. We want reparations for all the costs associated with the slaves and their offspring which run into billions.

Ghana and most African countries were slavers and to this day slavery continues in Sudan and the Middle East.

California was a free state and my ancestors arrived after the civil war so we don’t owe anyone Jack.

‘Africa wins again’. Local slang for the failure of Civilization to survive in Africa. China is the next empire to try. The Chinese truly hate blacks worse than the most racist Americans.

Today’s blacks should be happy because of slavery. They ending up growing up in the best country in the World because of it. Otherwise they would have been born into Africa one of the poorest and backwards places on Earth.

Arabs traded slaves across the Sahara far longer than the transatlantic slave trade, why don't these grafters go to Egypt etc and demand money from them?

Grok:

Yes, the Trans-Saharan slave trade lasted significantly longer than the Trans-Atlantic slave trade.
Trans-Saharan Slave Trade
Timeline: It began in the 7th century (around the mid-650s CE, with the early Muslim conquests of North Africa) and continued into the early-to-mid 20th century. Some estimates note activity persisting in parts of the region (e.g., Sudan or the Arabian Peninsula) even later, with formal abolitions in places like Saudi Arabia in the 1960s.

Duration: Roughly 1,300+ years (from ~650 CE to ~1900–1950s, with remnants beyond).

Scale and nature: Estimates suggest 6–10+ million or more Africans were transported across the Sahara to North Africa, the Middle East, and beyond, primarily via overland caravans. It involved Muslim traders and networks, with slaves used for domestic labor, military service, concubinage, agriculture, and mining. It built on earlier pre-Islamic routes but expanded significantly after the 7th–8th centuries.

Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade
Timeline: It began in the mid-to-late 15th century (Portuguese coastal trade ~1440s–1480s, with direct voyages to the Americas starting in the early 16th century, e.g., 1519–1526). It peaked in the 18th century and largely ended in the 19th century, with the last major voyages around 1860–1867 (though illegal trade trickled on briefly).

Duration: About 350–400 years (roughly 1500–1900, with the core oceanic trade from ~1520s to 1860s).6df369
Scale and nature: Roughly 12–13 million Africans were embarked (about 10.7 million survived the Middle Passage) for labor on plantations in the Americas. It was driven by European colonial powers (Portugal, Britain, France, Spain, Netherlands, etc.) via the triangular trade.ded3c1
Direct Comparison
The Trans-Saharan trade predated the Trans-Atlantic by about 800–900 years and outlasted it by decades to over a century (depending on exact end dates for each).

The Atlantic trade was more concentrated in volume over a shorter period and maritime-focused, while the Saharan one was longer-running, overland, and integrated into broader Arab-Muslim trade networks.

These timelines come from historical consensus (e.g., Wikipedia summaries drawing on scholars like Paul Lovejoy, databases like Slave Voyages, and Britannica). Exact start/end dates have some scholarly debate due to gradual phases and illegal continuations, but the overall pattern is clear: the Trans-Saharan trade endured far longer.

America should seek reparations from the West African countries for all the massive crimes (murders, robberies, rapes etc) carried out by African Americans in America.

Wasn’t it Booker T who warned us about the Blacks who play the victim game to get free handouts? You would think that eliminating slavery, giving all Blacks the vote and transferring over a trillion dollars in support and affirmative action programs would be enough. Apparently certain people are never going to learn to stand on their own two feet.

The Great Society has only created a hopelessly violent class of resentful beggars. This of course was the true goal of LBJ and his ilk. No one has done more harm to Blacks in the 20th Century and the 21st than white liberals.

Repatriations? Sure, but they might not be happy about the one way tickets. And the African countries won’t be happy with their new residents either.
