"They were putting the pride banners above my veterans, and that does not work, sorry," said American Legion Commander William McKenna during a phone interview with Eyewitness News.
McKenna said that they have had calls and people showing up to express their concerns about the Pride flag hanging above the Hometown Heroes veterans' banners.
"If you put a pride flag by one of my veterans, I'm taking every one of them down," McKenna said.

"People started complaining about the flag being on the same pole above a veteran's banner," said Jeff Cusick, the treasurer of Northport Pride Fest.

If they are so proud why did they change the name from gay to pride ?
We need to start literally stuffing their fag-flags down their throats... for real.
They want to force their trash on us, force it back on them.
Same reason they changed the name from homosexual to “gay.”
They’re trying to find a suitable name they won’t eventually want to run away from to hide their identity.
Even the CDC went to called them “Men who have Sex with Men” but still use the word “lesbian” in some places. Weird.
They, the LGBQXYZ bunch, just need to keep their insanity out of our faces, out of the classrooms, off of tv and off of our flag poles and behind closed doors where no one else has to be exposed to their insane perversion and things will go much smoother, for everybody.
Better to use the more inclusive "pride" to include more who aren't gay.
And because lesbians won't date trannies.

For many of that group Gayness is much more than a condition or a lifestyle, it has literally become their “Religion”, and a small but loud segment are fundamentalists, compelled to ‘witness and prostlytize’ to others ad nauseum.
Why do they get special consideration? I want all of you who share my malady to join me in making the world respect a group who goes through life without complaint or demands:

Gays apparently have higher incomes on average than others. They seem to want disproportionate political power, and certainly are craving constant attention. Actors and other performers tend to be gay, the list is very long. Actors want attention more than anything, they want a huge audience to watch them. And they want everyone to celebrate their gay-ness with Pride Month. That’s sort of odd - you might say its “queer” in the traditional sense.
Exactly like Lucifer.
Has anyone figured what these perverts and losers are “proud” of? Anal sex and other perverted behaviors are nothing to be proud of.
Delve into the details of that culture just a little and you'll understand why they use a lot of euphemisms.
They are proud of their sin and rebellion against God. That never works out the way they think it will.
That never ends well.
