The Florida couple at the center of an IVF mix-up have vowed to remain their baby girl’s “permanent” parents after hammering out an agreement with her biological parents.
Tiffany Score and Steven Mills have confirmed the identities of the genetic parents of their 6-month-old daughter, Shea, and have “come to a mutually devised custody agreement” with them, according to court papers filed in Orange County court Friday.

I’ll bet that the adoptive father would prefer surrendering the black baby and looking for another child to adopt, but the adoptive mother has already bonded with this here baby, so, it’s too late to make any changes, if he wants to remain with this woman.

I didn’t believe this story the first time we saw it here, and I still don’t.
Unbonding with a baby may be hard. But come one.... 6 months old.
It’s hard to say if this is a kindness to the baby long term but I agree with the poster above. The adoptive mother has bonded and may be operating on her own needs.
What do you not believe about it?
For one thing, I believe the photo of the two with the baby is fake.
I understand this motivation
Stock photos are often used.
I personally would not want my child's photo on the internet for people to gawk at.
There are other pictures out there showing the same couple with the baby.
But there is just something about the whole thing that doesn’t sit right with me.

You’re skeptical but no one is asking about the 100% South Asian part. South Asian would mean India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal...how about plain American Black? I guess no one will know for sure until they hear the baby speak...that will answer the question.. LOL
This is why DNA testing has caused a lot of problems while it has also proven beneficial in solving crimes/murders.
Then it can’t be Indian...
Sounds like a lot of grace, all around, was involved in this deal. It seems like this child is specially blessed.
I know plenty of stupid Dalit Indians.
