According to some Russian aircraft are perfect compared to ours.

After last years attack by Ukraine on their base they really can’t afford to lose too many more now.

Some context would be helpful. Russia’s Irkutsk Oblast is located in the far east of Russia, just above Mongolia.
What they can't afford is to replace them... Estimates are less than 30 can fly today.
"Some" are full of crap. I definitely "prefer" ours ... I don't underestimate theirs ... but all have crashed at one time or another. Every aircraft that ever took off has "landed" in some fashion. Some landings are better than others. This one looks like a particularly bad "landing" ...

I wouldn’t call it far east of Russia. It’s west of Lake Baikal and over 1400 miles by air from Vladivostok. (A couple of hundred miles or so further than Miami to Boston or Dallas to Los Angeles.)

Heightened ops tempo takes a greater toll on Russian aircraft just like ours. But Russia has a lot more airframes at or past their service lives plus dubious maintenance.
