I'm 70 years old and I am trying to understand reality. I don't know if what I am perceiving is real but here are some of my delusional observations. 1. The democratic partyy thinks there are 62 genders and that the definition of a man or woman cannot be determined. 2. Felons and child molesters should be defended and elected to office 3. A mayor should be reelected if she is in Ghana while her city burns from lack of water due to the protection of rare fish 4. A candidate should get 72% of the democratic vote if he has nazi tattoes and abuses women. 5. A country that has killed Americans for 57 years and wants to nuke us should be defended by democrats 6. The only democrat that makes any sense is recovering from a stroke and wears hoodies and shorts 7. Voter ID is a dumb idea thar denies illegal aliens the right to vote 8.Homeless Fentanyl and meth addicts should have their teeth paid for by taxpayers. 9. A common sense candidate who wins on election day should lose after days of counting special ballots. 10. Jews, the original people of God, should be persecuted and eliminated by this same political party 11. Boys should participate in girls sports and should have publicly funded surgeries to change their daily gender These are just some of the thoughts from a very confused person who believes the Bible has fortold these times coming.

In the first term (2017-2021) of President Trump, what was different in the threat level posed by Iran than it was in 2026? Because the much-cited 57-year existential threat was already 48 years old at the time of his first Inauguration.

Same here, same age. I started trying to sleep at 22:15 last night and finally drifted off at 02:15 wondering what has happened to us and thinking of growing up in our nice home hardly much bigger than the BR and Office I just added to this house. It is the people that have changed, too many rely on someone else and expect them to provide. They have no skin in it all I suppose. Momma would say we have too much to appreciate it.

The 60s were no bed of roses for adults. I remember Dad building a fallout shelter that promptly filled with water. My friend George and I wondered how anyone knew if the sirens that went off were just a test or the real thing?
We didn’t live with constant politics though and somehow a nice community was managed on 3% sales taxes instead of 10%. How was that even possible?
This mess has grown upon us one link at a time and now we are weighted down to being frozen in trouble. The times we knew are not coming back. The more I know of the world that surrounds my little patch of tranquility the less I want to know. A good acquaintance wrote me that he hardly ever speaks to his brother anymore because he has a Bot friend to confide in. That is just the tip of the iceberg.
Poppa would listen to me and say nothing until I got irritated then he would say, “You’re rigtht but I don’t have to worry about it much longer.” I still have so much I want to do though.
If the democrats really cared about us they would allow LSD 25 on the store shelves.
