President Trump confirmed Tuesday that Iran shot down the American Apache attack helicopter that crashed near the Strait of Hormuz, vowing to respond to Tehran’s latest act of aggression.
“I have just been informed by our Great Military that last night the Iranians shot down one of our highly sophisticated Apache Helicopters while patrolling over the Strait of Hormuz,” the president wrote on Truth Social.
“There were two pilots involved, both are safe and uninjured. Nevertheless, the United States must, of necessity, respond to this attack,” he added.

Iran only understands violence and bloodshed, we have given them enough time to regroup which was a total mistake, we were at the 20 yard line and blew it, now we have to start from scratch, the US and Israel need to take care of this NOW. Israel is itching at the chance to go back in let them do it and finish this crap already.

Israel is our strongest ally. I have family in Israel, my brother in law’s entire family lives in Israel, his brother is involved in sending their military to shoot the targets, they are SO pissed at Trump right now, they feel betrayed by him, you have streets in Israel named after him. Israel wants to finish Iran off and Trump is stopping them, maybe we needed this to happen in order to WAKE TRUMP UP and show him that there is NO deal with Iran, they ONLY understand bloodshed, so GIVE IT TO THEM
It is worse to make response threats for many months now but not to actually follow through. Iran says it will hit the Americans and Israelis and they do it. Our side announces “We are extending the ceasefire another two weeks.”
Their populace can now see partial internet plus the state controlled television news showing the triumphant and self-confident Iranian leaders staring down the do nothing US leadership and our military.
This is also harmful to American military morale.
If there is another tragedy like the 1983 Lebanon airport barracks killing of 241, then all this ceasefire and nonviolence by the US will be to blame. God forbid.
