There is something seriously wrong with a government, and its people, when they cannot count votes in what one would expect to be a reasonable time frame. What's a reasonable time frame? France, as an example, can say who won a presidential election by early morning of the next day, at the latest. In CA, as of right now, only about 58% of some estimated 8 million plus votes have been counted. And the LA primary for mayor? Still counting. I'll assume that this counting is not even by hand (as in France, I believe) but by "sophisticated" machines, and still, no complete results. Would it be any faster if hand counted?

They have to figure out how many votes Bass needs to “win” and they have to shred some Spencer votes
Florida does it in a few hours after they reformed their system and removed the methods that most cheaters use.
In Canada, we know who won the election within hours of the polls closing. In fact, the government is often known before the polls close in the western provinces, but the tally is kept secret until the polls close in the respective time zones.
We know who will be the government before midnight local time.
In one of Kalifornia Guv Newscum recalls/elections, the “winner” was announced at 8:03pm. The Kalifornia polling places close at 8pm.
In other Kalifornia elections, Nancy Pelousy’s daughter BRAGGED about her “AFTER election day get-out-the-vote efforts.” She openly stated she was traveling up and down Kalifornia “curing” ballots.
Remember, the entire State and every election is through mailed out ballots. There are 30 days of “early voting.” In every small precinct there are dozens of Ballot Drop Off Boxes. We call them Ballot Stuffing Boxes.
Every illegal trespasser who was given a “legal” Kalifornia driver’s license, was also registered for vote. They would all have received their mail-in ballot. I wonder how many of them “ voted” without knowing it? I wonder how many of the deported voted?
They had a couple printing presses break down.
The thing that bugs me is that NO ONE in any position of authority is calling this out - why do we accept this?

Counting votes can be done quickly. Manufacturing votes takes time.
Rapid counting by next day would be easy. But it leaves less room for Demscum to “find” votes so of course doesn’t happen in blue states esp. California. But most thinking people especially Freepers know this.
They are still filling out ballots to find and count.
California is incapable of conducting an honest election.
They shouldn’t be counted in any federal elections or the Electoral College. Remove all their elected officials from the U.S. Congress.

It’s a state election. Who CAN stop them? The people need to rise up, just like they did in Athens, TN, in 1946 when corrupt ballot counting was happening — by Democrats (who what?).
The GOP in CA needs to educate the people about “The Battle Of Athens” (TN).

It takes time to print and scan the votes needed for Dems to win.
We in AZ somehow adopted the CA counting ways.
No wonder, AZ results are usually declared a week after the elections.
So AZ is the laughing stock, but CA counts even longer!
They just declare CA right away in presidential elections, but they do count for several weeks afterwards.
this elections, there are some interesting races, so will see, when they announce the results!
It won’t take weeks; only long enough for Hilton to be down by one vote.
It takes time to find the right number of votes to make sure that the Republicans are locked out of the November election.

Problem may be the Soros companies are screwing up the printing of false ballots and the supply is far below what they wanted to swing the elections.

There’s a voter ID initiative on the November ballot in California. Whether it will pass remains to be seen.
