President Trump just got on Airforce One for a quick trip to Arizona for an event that we will see later on today. He didn't take any questions.

But he just told CBS News - he basically explained why he is so confident a deal is about to be closed with the Iranians. He says that they have agreed to let United States - not troops, just somebody from the United States go in to Iran with some Iranian officials to collect leftover uranium, what he calls the nuclear dust, and then bring it back somewhere to the United States. That has been the key to all of this.

The President, earlier today, disputed the report in Axious that the US might unfreeze 20 billion dollars in Iranian money in exchange for getting them to fork over all this uranium. He says not a dollar will be exchanged in any way.

So we will definitely hear more about this once he gets to Arizona, but there's a lot happening, and it's possible that he doesn't want to get ahead of his team, who are talking directly to Tehran.

Either this is disinformation on Trump’s part, or they are “negotiating” with somebody other than the IRGC.

The only ones with the money in the bank to cash a check against the IRGC is Artesh, the regular army. They are larger than the IRGC, they alone (aside from the IRGC) are armed, & the US and Israel have specifically spared them even while hitting the IRGC & its leaders. Yesterday an assassination attempt was carried out on the right-hand-man of Vahidi, the IRGC leader. Around the same time, Ghalibaf resigned saying that the IRGC is in total control.

One thing I can say for certain: what we see on the top of the water as ripples indicates something much bigger going on deep below. We probably won’t know anything for sure until the whole story is over. But I trust Trump, Bessent, Rubio, & the US military.

Also add to the mix Trump’s claims that he had a good phone conversation with Bibi, and any troops headed to Lebanon have turned back as Hezbollah and Israel agree to not fire at each other. As always, this could be disinformation in the Sun Tzu tactics of Trump, but if this is true it would suggest to me that both Israel and Hezbollah know that the weapons to Hezbollah are about to end. And that would only be the case if the IRGC is being overthrown from within.

The thing I find interesting about the assassination attempt on the IRGC leader is that it happened out in the boonies (neither Karij nor Tehran) and specifically on one floor of an apartment complex. Whoever did it (and so far nobody has claimed responsibility) knew specifically where the guy was. And somebody who was there took a picture of the damage and managed to get it out to the world.

To me that all suggests an inside job.

The assistant to Vahidi who was killed was the guy who coordinated between the IRGC and state media. I wonder what involvement he may have had in the surveillance of internet communications. The lack of comms frustrates the ability of the people to effectively rise up against the regime.

Again, the ripples on the top mean something is happening below. Pezeshkian wants out of there for a reason - something he’s seeing that may also explain why he turned the internet back on before resigning.

I also noticed that the US hit air defense infrastructure in response to the hit on our drone. I can’t help but wonder if totally disabling air surveillance could be a precursor to some kind of air drop of weapons. Maybe somebody with military expertise/knowledge could comment on that, since I know nothing.
