President Donald Trump fired back at critics of his health and cognitive abilities just two weeks before his 80th birthday, repeating his new favorite moniker for his Democrat critics, calling out the "Dumocrats."
"All people running for President and Vice President should be forced to take high difficulty Cognitive Tests," Trump wrote in an overnight Truth Social post.
"Congress, and the Dumocrats, should demand it!"
Trump is set to become only the second president to serve at the advanced age of 80 after former President Joe Biden.
"The results of my Physical Examination, taken at Walter Reed Military Medical Center, and just released, were extremely good," Trump's post began. "Unlike other U.S. Presidents, none of whom have ever taken an approved, high difficulty, Cognitive Test, I scored a perfect 30 out of 30, considered 'extreme intelligence.'
"Are the Dumocrats really surprised?"
Trump has long touted his cognitive test scores, using it as one of his campaign rally staples in contrast to his predecessor Biden, who was the oldest U.S. president in history at 82 when he left office in January 2025.

YES!!! But we might be wise to start with testing of Candidates, too. No point in spending millions of dollars just to elect a highly polished imbecile . . .
They need to take a constitution test.
The results won’t matter. Will the left say he’s ok and move on?
Is a negative score possible? We’d find out if AOC took the test.
I’ve witnessed the test taking a few times and, while not being scored, tried to guess my outcome. Some questions are very simple. With some questions it is easy to see where mistakes are made. In witnessing I always guessed wrong as to the subject’s score. In my mind I gave them a higher score then the actual result.
I have also taken the test 2-3 times...I don’t remember!!! Actually, as I said, when taking the test you go, “oh,oh” that may be a miss. And like a doctor’s office BP test it may read a little off. One time I was off on the day’s date.
I think I got a 28/29 once and a 30 on the second time. I will say that even at the top of your game it could be easy to get 3-4 wrong. Congratulations DJT!
I asked my physician to give me a cognitive exam to see if I’m getting senile (I’m 87 years old). He did. I made 100 on it, perfect score: no cognitive decline. (just wanted to be sure)
Trump is an excellent example that if you avoid drugs and alcohol, cognitive decline as you age can also be avoided in most cases.IMHO young people who regularly smoke marijuana are doomed to an early death or a sharp mental decline after age fifty five.
