*LEX CRIED!?* 🎵 PINK FLOYD "MOTHER" REACTION
YouTube ^

Brad & Lex back for another reaction video.. This time with Pink Floyd. AND, I believe with Lex's mother along for the ride.
Lex gets emotional this time. Brad, as usual, is thinking things through, while Lex lets the feelings get to her.
TOPICS: Cheese, Moose, Sister; Chit/Chat; Miscellaneous; Music/Entertainment
KEYWORDS: mulch; music; pinkfloyd; rock
Lex may appear to many as a ditz, but she is really smarter than peeps give her credit for.

I nearly cried at this version of
Mother.

One of their best songs out of many other great ones in their catalog.

For those that care, this is a Roger Waters and backup band recording.
A Pink Floyd song, but not THE Pink Floyd band.
Lady Lex’s reaction is heartwarming.

Where I grew up, Pink Floyd was the band that those who smoked doobage listened to.

I watched the video of “The Wall” 2 or 3 times.. didn’t make much sense.. until I watched it drunk with friends one day... and it clicked, lol. Of course, I was in my low 20s back then..
I had heard that you have to be stoned to understand... but my drunkenness was good enough I guess (I won’t get stoned).

I believe that was a young David Gilmour singing the part of Mother. This was Pink Floyd in a live recording. No mistaking Gilmour’s vocals...or his black Stratocaster.

Well, now I’ll have to watch it again!
Not a problem for a longtime Floyd fan. First concert I attended was at Kent State in 72 or 73. Can’t recall, getting old. I was 17.

Can’t recall, getting old. I was 17. Tired of lying in the sunshine staying home to watch the rain.

Where have I heard that before? Sounds oddly familiar.
Thanks for engaging!
(Yesterday at a local eatery another couple came in that were my age or even older. He had on a well-worn Pink Floyd shirt. We got into a nice conversation about the group while we waited for our tables.)
