Judge Nicholas Rowland told the boys: 'None of you need to go to prison today.'
He said the boys are 'very young', had low intelligence, a 'limited understanding of consent' and were susceptible to 'peer pressure'.
The judge also praised the boys for their conduct during the trial, saying 'I think of you as very young and none of you have been in any big trouble before.
'You have all done very well with the restrictions put in place throughout the trial. (The second boy) and (the third boy) your problems are quite bad.'

Aside from the IQ issue I have witnessed judges like this in action turning the perpetrator into a victim and there was no intelligence issue involved. Just straight up liberal insanity.

If the young men aren’t held responsible then the parents, other leaders in their lives should be for failing to bring the young men up to be civilized by now. And the judge should be removed from his position for lack of common sense, wisdom, and understanding of the matter. Pure evil at work, from the young men through the judge.
The boy isn’t a “judge”, he’s sewage.
Judge needs to be investigated for similar crimes.
Even if low IQ or similar retardation, where and how did the young men get the idea to do such a thing? If their male part works like that and they aren’t of mind to be sensible then maybe the offending body part(s) needs to be dealt with?
Don’t worry, they said they won’t do it again.
That evil judge needs to go to jail; a complete betrayal of the girl and all law-abiding citizens.
Sometimes a society needs to cull the herd. In the olden days, we used to banish people we did not want among us. Or, they just put them out of their misery.
Rape is one of those things that requires a severe response. If you are old enough to figure out that you can corner a girl with a gang of rapists…then you are old enough to suffer the consequences of your actions. It is nice they behaved well in court. That makes executing them easier.

Interesting video, but I disagree. Think of the mentally disabled individuals who are employed, usually in positions using rote. Occasionally, in the prisons I worked in, we’d have an inmate with an IQ in the 60s. If they qualified (by behavior) they could do most of the prison janitorial and laundry jobs. Of course, all of the inmates are under constant supervision (unless you’re Epstein).
