After a certain number of crimes, society should be able to say, “We give up”. That numbet is a lot less than 25 felonies.

The last judge/prosecutor who turned this monster loose, should be required to publicly explain the logic behind allowing this rabid animal to be free. While answering questions He/she should be on their knees, with their hands over their head, naked.

Will anyone, anywhere be held accountable for anything to do with allowing this wild animal to roam the streets? Anyone? Somebody must have thought it was a reasonable thing to do ... and that someone (more likely, “someones”) is clearly mentally ill ... and breathtakingly cruel.
In 2009 the THREE STRIKES LAW was passed. What happened to it?
“A defendant convicted of a federal “serious violent felony” must be sentenced to life imprisonment under the so-called three strikes law, 18 U.S.C. § 3559(c), if he has two prior state or federal violent felony convictions or one such conviction and a serious drug offense conviction.”
“MUST BE SENTENCED TO LIFE IMPRISONMENT”. Certainly, out of twenty-five felonies committed by Dickey, three of them fell under the THREE STRIKES LAW.

My mind cannot even wrap around the fact that parents actually do go on after such a loss. I don’t have kids, and just losing a pet is devastating. But a child ...
