Okay,, Here is my solution to the problem. Tag the homeless, give them one warning, and the 2nd time take them to be processed. They will be given a Drug Test, if they test positive they go straight to the Slave Court Yard... #2.. Get a DNA test, find out if they are wanted for crimes, and send them to be locked up. #3. Give them a 7 day DETOX, and feed them good organic food.. NO DRUGS on the premises.. And HERE is the clincher. Everyone gets a Bicycle, that has chain connected to an Electric Generator. Sprencer Pratt could do this. And everyone off the street, has to turn the bicycle pedal 1,000 times at a high speed. For every KILOWATT of electricity they earn.. they get points. After 20 points they get to shower, eat meat, reward them for a night out to see the real Los Angeles, shaved and keep them helping California with the Electric GRID.

Drew showed up on USO tours in the Middle East (Kuwait) before the ‘03 war started. The problem was he showed up twice. He didn’t realize the Soldiers in the audience had already been then there for a year.
We heard the same show twice. Same jokes. Same shtick, a year apart. By the second time, the Joe’s and Jane’s just went to a buffet for chow and left him standing.

True, probably aren’t any conservatives in those places.
Agreed.
It is cruel but... Wall off the encampments and let nature take its course. These are junkies and want to live this way. Even at my brokest lowest points in life I could find someone to let me couch surf until I got a paycheck. These street people have ruined relationships with anyone that can help and want the drugs more than the help. I have no more sympathy after seeing the camps out where I live now. Filthy destructive thieves.
