The regime in Iran is lying to you and your negotiators (period, stop!). Do not believe a word they say. I know you want to get out of this mess. All Americans want this unnecessary war to end. Keep in mind, as you have been told many times, Iran is still the leading state sponsor of terrorism (all anyone needs to say is Hezbollah, Hamas & Houthis, never mind IRGC-QF). None of these organizations are going away with this deal.
How about getting them to first publicly apologize for killing American Soldiers and U.S. Marines many times over (especially on this Memorial Day weekend). Yes, we are all sick of it.
And yes, the people of Iran must step up, but we need to signal to them, we will not concede their freedoms to the insane regime in Teheran. They deserve better. If we don’t, we will cause an entire population to be enslaved. For this, we have to smartly use our Middle East partners to support them along with our covert and clandestine operators. Trust me, if you support, this is very doable.
Anyway, I’m watching everything (like most of the world is) and admittedly I do not have all the information. But if we pay tribute to the regime to the tune of $25B, I’m concerned they’ll use it for nefarious purposes down the road.
No nukes in Iran may be a noble idea (an end goal for your administration) but the regime has blatantly lied to our faces before, why do you now believe they will tell you the truth?
Give it some thought. Get some out of the box solutions, and rethink your position. The art of the deal tells you to do that from time to time.

TBH, it's what DNI Tulsi Gabbard did in the summer of 2025 when she finally declassified the Durham Annex of materials that opened up the entire Crossfire Hurricane scandal about the Obama administration's secret December 9, 2020 Oval Office meeting with his principals when they decided to revise the ICA from no Russia involvment in the election (to protect a Clinton win) to say that Russia did collude in the election (to undermine a Trump win).
I'm saying that Flynn, once he got the keys to the filing cabinet, would likely have disclosed the December 9 meeting notes immediately in 2017 to discredit the whole Steele dossier and stop the Mueller investigation from happening, considering that the Durham investigation wouldn't have started until April 2019.
That's what he knew. He just didn't know where the evidence was locked up and then lost the clearance to talk about it.

I am utterly convinced they would initiate a first strike against Israel, and start a nuclear war that would see perhaps hundreds of millions of people dead.
I have been learning everything I could about the Iranian regime for the last 40 years, and I long ago realized these religious fanatics will not hesitate to use a nuke, and they cannot be dissuaded by a M.A.D. doctrine.
They literally believe it is their religious duty to start a world wide all encompassing war, because such a war will result in the return of their "Mahdi", and initiate what they would consider to be the Islamic rapture.
I urge you to learn about the "Twelver" cult, and what they view as their religious duty.
You cannot reason with religious fanatics, and the Mullahs absolutely cannot be allowed to have nuclear technology.
