Michelle Walker, who is of Jewish ancestry, says the organization that runs the community, Return to the Land, discriminated against her by denying her the opportunity to buy land based on race and religion. Walker is married to a Black man and has biracial children, her lawsuit says. She’s seeking unspecified damages, including punitive damages.

I want to buy some land too. I’m looking at Kiryas Joel, New Square or Kaser, all 100% Jewish communities in New York. I’m not Jewish but boy I’d love to buy some land/property there! They’d better let me in.

This woman did not even want to live there. She is just a vile Leftist stirring up trouble, cannot leave others alone in peace. The Constitution guarantees pursuit of happiness and freedom of association. This group preplanned for such a legal attack and are prepared. Liberals have been shoving others into white areas by unconstitutional means for decades (financially backing blockbusting, school bussing schemes, forced DEI quotas, etc.)
So,freedom of association is not allowed.

There are groups who avoid the alleged discrimination laws as a religious group. There was a small church in CA where the members decided to move to MO as a group. They sold everthing in CA, donated it to their church, then the church bought land in MO to build their new homes and church. You cannot buy from them because if someonewants to sell and move out, the property either does belongs in whole or part to the church which buys it. You must be a member of their church and approved to reside in the gated POA community.
I think the suit will be thrown out. There's no damages.

The news media loves these “Whites Only” town as they generate lots of press releases with them. After the “New” wears off the towns slowly disappear from the news cycle till a new one forms somewhere.
Anyone remember the town north of Harrison AR that did this a few years back, or Elohim City in Oklahoma?
Most white people look for neighborhoods that look like them anyway. This is why there’s Chinatown, Little Italy etc.

The portion of various Civil Rights Acts that intrude on hiring decisions, workplace behavior and sales are simply unconstitutional. The Left selected racial discrimination as the wedge issue to trash the Constitution's protections of individual liberties and grotesquely expand the power of government at all levels.
The argument was effectively that we needed to address the evils of racial discrimination affecting 10% of the population by turning 100% of the population into serfs.
She doesn’t. Its clearly just to sue. Not Defending the whites only thing, but why would ANYONE actively try to live where they are not wanted?
